These Writ Appeals and Writ Petition arising out of a short point whether the appellants/Writ Petitioner is entitled for promotion based on the double decree obtained by them in one year duration. 2.This issue been no more res-integra in view of the pronouncement of the judgement in R.Thirunavukkarasu .vs. The State of Tamil Nadu and others reported in 2012 (5) CTC 125 and the same has been confirmed by the Honourable Supreme Court. The learned Single Judge referring to the above judgment, had dismissed the Writ Petitions. Being aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Appeals and Writ Petition are filed. 4/7
3.This Court, on perusing the grounds of appeal, find no merit to differ from the view taken by the learned Single Judge, following the dictum laid down in the decision cited supra, which has reached its finality. 4.In view of the above, the Writ Appeals and the Writ Petition stand dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
