2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Final Report has been filed before the concerned trial Court in C.C.No.1490 of 2022.

3. There shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contention of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
