No.20983 of 2021 order dated.29.12.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20983 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021 without complying the conditions imposed by this Court. 2.This Court by an order dated 29.12.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition that they should appear before the respondent police/All Women Police Station, Thirupparankundarm, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of thirty days. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the first petitioner is in financial constrains and unable to mobilize such huge amount for bus fair to appear before the respondent police and the distance between Karur to Madurai is 150 km and further the 3rd petitioner is being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
CRL MP(MD) No.520 of 2022 woman, the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and explained their innocents. Hence, they seek modification. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20983 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the Town Police Station, Karur, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
