PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.164 of 2021 dated 01.05.2021 and dispose the same within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to file the final report in Crime No.164 of 2021 dated 01.05.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from one Kuzhanthailingam, the Special Sub Inspector of Police, Kadayam Police Station, submits that the case arose out of the complaint and counter complaint. Therefore, two cases have been registered in Crime Nos.163 and 164 of 2021. He would further submit that the investigation is completed in both the cases and the Respondent Police are likely to file the final reports in a day or two.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Respondents to file the final report in Crime No.164 of 2021 at the earliest before the Court concerned.
