O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent Nos. 1 2 and 3 to take necessary action against the respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7 for having interfered into the civil dispute, on the basis of the representation, dated 28/04/2014 consequently directing the respondent No.3 to give protection to the petitioner to reside in the house at D.No.40/40, 3rd Street, Nanthavanam, Bodinayakkanoor, Theni District.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and limb through a representation dated 28.04.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
