ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The earlier application of this Petitioner was dismissed on 15/04/2015 on the objection of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the Petitioner has involved in the case of rape and murder and he has also involved in 4 previous cases of robbery and dacoity.
