O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give a police protection for the petitioners life and limb to enjoy the property on the basis of the judgment and decree passed in O.S No. 39 of 1985 before the Sub Court, Tirunelveli by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 25.11.2022 and 03.11.2023 and in the light of the order passed by the RDO, Tirunelveli, dated 19.01.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered 2/4

and the matter was referred to the peace committee and the revenue authorities also conducting peace committee meeting in this regard. Based on that, both the parties shall go to the civil Court for appropriate remedy.
