PRAYER :-This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the 2nd Respondent to complete the enquiry in a speedy manner on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.12.2025 and take further action and to pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to complete the enquiry in a speedy manner on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.12.2025 and take further action.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 2/4

3. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd Respondent to complete the enquiry in a speedy manner on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.12.2025. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations, this writ petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
