This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to complete the trial of proceedings in C.C.No.144 of 2013, pending on his file within the time limit.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2013, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.144 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
