2. The first petitioner - husband and the second respondent - wife are present. A joint compromise memo was signed by the first petitioner - husband and the second respondent - wife and both side counsel.

3. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the second petitioner being an old lady, is suffering from ill health and she could not make appearance to this Court today.

4. Both the first petitioner and the second respondent decided to compromise the matter. This is the matrimonial issue and 2/4

both the husband and wife live together. This compromise memo is recorded and the case in C.C.No.100 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, Madurai District, is hereby quashed. The compromise memo shall form part of the order.

5. This Petition is allowed.
