Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. There are totally four respondents. All in unison have instructed the learned Government Advocate that no complaint has been pending against the petitioner and therefore, the case for enquiring the petitioner does not arise.
