CRL MP(MD) No.566 of 2023 This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21861 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21861 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday of English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
