RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time of surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, granted the order dated 10/01/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.93 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent and Mr.A.PRASANNA RAJADURAI, Advocate for intervenor, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court dated 10.01.2019.

3. The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that though time was granted to produce sureties the learned counsel for the petitioner did not receive the order copy in time and he has not filed an application to get the order copy and vehemently opposed for granting time extension.

4. In view of the same, time granted by this Court to comply with the directions imposed vide order dated 10.01.2019 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.93 of 2019 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order,failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall stand cancelled. sd/- 19/02/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
