ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the investigation of Crime No.184 of 2015 from the second respondent and hand over the same to nay independent and efficient investigation officer, attached to the some other police station for conducting appropriate investigation in a manner known to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. After going through the averments, this Court has not find any reason to transfer the investigation, but it is suffice, to direct the respondent No.2 to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent is also directed to supervise the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
