Prayer in CRP(MD)No.155 of 2023 :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, to dispose of the petition in R.L.T.O.P. No.26 of 2021 within a time stipulated by this Hon`ble Court. ORDER:This Revision Petition listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Hon'ble Court dated 05/04/2023 made in CRP(MD)155 of 2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, in D.No.38, dated 05/01/2024, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.26 of 2021. 2.

This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 05.04.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.26 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Principal District Munsif requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Munsif, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing R.L.T.O.P.No.

District Munsif, Madurai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
