This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records on the file of the first respondent relating to the impugned order dated 21.08.2012, bearing reference Proc.No.AE 15/13975/2008 and quash the same.

2. Today when the Writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted a Proceedings of the Regional Manager, T.N.C.S.C, Trichy Region in RC.No.AE3/2109/18 dated 27.06.2019, wherein it is stated that the petitioner namely Mr.G.Thillainathan, Boiler Operator, who has been completed 10 years of service in the cadre of Boiler Operator is ordered to be elevated into selection grade boiler operator with effect from 08.07.2018, and one post in the cadre of selection grade boiler operator is ordered to be created with immediate effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/3

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ petition is closed. No costs.
