CRIME NO.410/2018 ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).22827/2018 dated 27/12/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.ANANTHA MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court dated 27.12.2018. The petitioner ought to have executed sureties with in a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned counsel would submit that now sureties are available and he is ready https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court to comply with the directions imposed vide order dated 27.12.2018 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.22827 of 2018 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
