ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking for a direction to the third respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.77 of 2018 of Karur Town Police Station, Karur District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2018, is almost completed and charge sheet would be filed soon. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the fifth respondent police is directed to file the final report in Crime No.77 of 2018 before the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
