ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that since there existed civil dispute between the parties, the complaint was ordered to be closed and he has also filed a copy of the report submitted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Kanyakumari District.
