ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent police to give necessary police protection to the petitioners based on their representation, dated 30.09.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that no representation was received from the petitioners so far.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that their representation dated 30.09.2022, was given in person before the second respondent. He would further submit that the petitioners have already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.903 of 2022 and obtained temporary injunction in I.A.No.2 of 2022 and the same is still in force. 2/4

4. Recording the said submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 30.09.2022, taking note of the injunction granted by the Civil Court and pass necessary orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
