ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who was remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 10.06.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148 of I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act based on the complaint in Crime No.127 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged occurrence took place on 10.06.2015 and the co-accused in this case was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11211 of 2015.The learned counsel further submitted that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is over. The petitioner has been incarceration from 10.06.2015 and investigation is nearing completion.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. sd/- 23/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
