Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise and pay the petitioner's entire salary arrears from April 1995 till the petitioner's date of retirement (30.06.2013) with all increments as per VI and VII pay commission revisions including the salary revised towards selection and special grade and all other arrears pertaining to the same along with 12% interest, within time frame.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.06.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 30.06.2021. Thereafter, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner the matter was directed to be posted on 07.07.2021 and 13.07.2021 under the same caption.
