PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.395/2012/A5, dated Nil signed on 03.05.2012 and quash the same as illegal, consequently to direct the respondent to change the patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of survey Nos.413/2 and 413/1A situated at Amarapoondi Village on the basis of his application dated 14.11.2011 pending before the respondent. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.395/2012/A5, dated Nil signed on 03.05.2012 and to quash the same as illegal and also a consequential direction to the respondent to change the patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of survey Nos.413/2 and 413/1A situated at Amarapoondi Village on the basis of his application dated 14.11.2011 pending before the respondent.

3. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
