ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120b, 409, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., in Crime No.38 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.17660 of 2012.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.In view of the above, this Court already dismissed the similar applications holding that the second application for the same crime number is not maintainable.
