ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the FIR in Crime No.1483 of 2020 dated 12.11.2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pudukkottai Town Polce Station, Pudukkottai District. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that on the complaint of the neighbor of the petitioner, a case was registered against second respondent, with that enmity, the second respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner in Crime No.1483 of 2020 stating that the petitioner had trespassed into the office of the second respondent and prevented the official from doing their work. His further submission is that the allegations are false and prayed the FIR to be quashed.

3.On the side of the respondents it is stated that the second respondent is the District Registrar of Pudukkottai. He lodged a complaint with serious allegations against the petitioner. The petitioner is having previous case in Crime No.1182 of 2020 under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code and the matter is involved serious in nature.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2056 of 2021 4.Considering the allegations leveled against the petitioner, this Court come to the conclusion that investigation in Crime No.1483 of 2020 is necessary. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P(MD).No.1003 of 2021 is also dismissed.
