Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VADIVELAN.T., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties.Due to getting order in amendment petition, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10719 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16663 of 2021 dated 08.12.2021.

3.In view of the same and considering the pandemic situation, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2021 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.10719 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16663 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
