RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 02/01/2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD) NO.10694 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.19406 of 2018 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19406 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 406,417,420 and 506(i) of IPC., in Crime No.18 of 2018 while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19406 of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 .
