Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on him by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, by Judgment, dated 07.10.2021, in S.C.No.322 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner had along with her husband, had planned and killed the mother of the petitioner and mother-in-law of the accused No.1, we do not think that it is a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence.
