JUDGMENT

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the sole appellant passed away as early as on 25.08.2015.

2. Though the sole appellant died long before, till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
