This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order in R.T.R.No.1213/12/D3, dated 02.08.2012 passed by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3445/2020/P2, dated 27.07.2020, wherein, it had been stated that the appeal, which was filed against the order dated 02.08.2012, has already been disposed of by the first respondent on 06.08.2016 and that therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
