JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) This writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned single Judge directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as full time sweeper.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Raghavendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants on instructions submitted that now pending writ appeal, the writ petitioner has been appointed as Sweeper, as per the order passed by this Court and nothing remains to adjudicate in the writ appeal and he has also produced the copy of the order passed by the Government, dated 18.04.2013.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner on verification submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
4.In view of the above, this Writ Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
