RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl O.P (MD) No. 21081/2022 dated 29.11.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAKUMAR.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21081 of 2022, dated 29.11.2022. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and it has been taken up for trial in Spl.S.C.No.180 of 2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.574 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21081 of 2022, dated 29.11.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Spl.S.C.No.180 of 2022 on 23.01.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Sessions Judge.
