ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
2.The petitioner is figuring as A1 in Crime No.1071 of 2017 registered on the file of the B3 Teppakulam Police Station. The case is presently pending trial in S.C.No.256 of 2019 on the file of the 5th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai. It is further stated by the respondents that there is a close association between the petitioner and the accused in another murder case in Crime No.1037 of 2020 registered on the file of the third respondent.

3. The firm stand of the respondents is that there is a feud between the deceased Nondi Ganesan group and the group headed by the petitioner himself.
4. In these circumstances, it may not be appropriate for this Court to grant any positive direction to the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the third respondent. I do not find any ground to interfere. This Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
