1460 of 2019: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to sign before the Karur Town Police Station instead of signing before the Respondent Police in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.1460 of 2019 dated 30/01/2019.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VELLAICHAMY, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.1460 & 1461 of 2019, dated 30.01.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the two different cases registered against the petitioner at two different police stations, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, by order dated 30.01.2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.1460 & 1461 of 2019. In the above said petitions, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. It is inconvenience to the petitioner to appear before two different police station at the same time. Hence, he prayed to modify the condition in this regard and the petitioner may be directed to appear before either of the police Station for both the cases. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Aravakurichi Police Station, Karur District, daily at 10.30 a.m.

5.In view of the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Aravakurichi Police Station, Karur District, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders for both the cases and accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
