Prayer in SA(MD)No.SR18359 of 2015: Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal as against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No. 12 of 2012 dated 20.10.2014 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No. 60 of 2008 dated 23.08.2010 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ABIYA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. There is a delay of 391 days in representing the papers. In Paragraph No.8 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners have explained the reason for the delay. However, since the delay is on higher side, the same can be condoned on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay of 391 days in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representing the papers is condoned on condition the petitioners paying a sum of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) to the "The Bubbles'Day Care Creche" maintained by the Women Advocate Association, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
