2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is not cooperating for the trial. *4. Considering the same and after going through the relevant records, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur along with a petition to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant and in the event of such petition being made, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur is directed to consider the same on merits on the same day.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
