The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint with the third respondent against the petitioner and the same is registered as CSR.No.13 of 2021 and enquiry is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD).No.508 of 2021 3.In the circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. 4.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
