JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR,J.) Challenging the transfer order effected against the first respondent, he had filed the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.12730 of 2012, which was allowed on 18.01.2013 by the Writ Court, as against which, the appellants have preferred the present Intra Court appeal.

2. However, when we take up the writ appeal for final hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, on instructions, would submit that the very first respondent himself died on 07.12.2021 and he has produced the copy of the death certificate to that effect. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Court feels that nothing would survive to pursue further, hence, the writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
