Respondent / Petitioner Prayer in WMP(MD).N0.752 of 2023:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to grant an extension of 3 months time to pass final order in the denovo enquiry initiated against the Respondent/petitioner by the order of this Honourable Court in WP (MD) No. 6110/2016 dated 02.06.2022 and thus render justice. Prayer in WP(MD).N0.6110 of 2016:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his order No.V-11014/APS/APL-13/GV/LC/2015-11665, dated 30.12.2015 and confirming the order passed by the 4th respondent in his Final Order No.V-15014/CISF/APSZ/Maj01/CNI/GV/2014-4024, dated 24.06.2014 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to take the petitioner into the strength of Sub Inspector Executive in the Central Industrial Security Force with all monetary benefits.
ORDER:- This writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Alaguram Jothi, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.A.S.Mujibur Rahman for the respondent, this Court made the following order: "Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, time is extended for a further period of 3-months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, to comply 2/4
