ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned III Additional District Judge to expedite the trial in O.S.No.67 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Trichy.

2. A report was called for from the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli, as to the pendency of the case on his file. The report was received stating that there are 1405 cases are pending before the Court and out of the said cases long pending cases are 141.

3. In view of the above submission, if the petitioner wants a special permission for disposing his case, he can approach the concerned Court by setting out his grievance by filing proper application. No direction can be issued in view of the heavy pendency before the Court.

4. With the above liberty, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
