ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the respondents to open his financial bid pursuant to the tender notification dated 15.11.2024 inviting bids for laying paver block to Pandaravilai Chekittavilai Road, Panavilai Pilavilai Road, etc., in Edaicode Town Panchayat, Kanyakumari District.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that the tender was for the year 2024 and the writ petition was filed in the year 2025. He further submitted that pursuant to the opening of the financial bids, the work has been completed. Hence, as of today, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
