Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent passed vide his proceedings Mu.Mu.Aa2/3762/2021, dated 17.11.2021, in regard to issuance of birth certificate to my grandchild, namely, J.Aarish Tyson within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Village Administrative Officer, Kalappakulam, Sankarankoil, Tenkasi District, is present before this Court through video conferencing.

2.I am informed that the Birth Certificate as directed had been issued and the learned Counsel for the petitioner confirms the same. A grievance is however expressed over the delay in issuing the Birth Certificate.

4.No further orders are required in the Writ petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs.
