ORDER:- This Second Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the grounds and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Siva Thilakar, Advocate for the Appellants and this court having granted a period of fifteen days on 10.01.2025 for compliance of the defects pointed 1/3

out by the Registry, failing which,the concerned Appeal will stand dismissed automatically in respect of the respondents against whom batta/steps is due and the said advocate, not having complied with the said direction of this court, it is ordered that this Second Appeal do stand dismissed against the Respondents.
