No.20148/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the delay caused in getting the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ certificate from the Village Administrative Officer, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated

time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.20148 of 2018 dated 09.11.2018.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20148 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
