2. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District, has sent a letter in D.No.314/2025 dated 29.04.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.133 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.01.2025.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.133 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
