The present writ petition has been filed challenging a show cause notice issued by the second respondent herein as against the writ petitioner in her capacity as President of the Panchayat in the year 2012.

2. The petitioner's tenure has come to an end. She is no longer the President of the Panchayat. Nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
