Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 05.01.2021 seeking permission and police production for conducting cultural events on 13.01.2021 and 14.01.2021 at Singara Kalaiarangam, Sunnamboor, Melur Taluk, Madurai District in Pursuance of the Thai Pongal Festival and 45th year Mandala Poojai.
