Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent vide his proceeding in Na.Ka.C.No.12581/2011 dated 05.01.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to revive the C Form License granted to the petitioner for running a theatre in the name and style of Coronation Talkies at Thoothukudi.
