Order : This Petition is coming on this day for hearing and upon perusing the earlier order dated 27.12.2018, to extend the time for surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(criminal Side) for R1, and R2 and this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the delay caused in getting the concerned certificate from the Village Administrative Officer, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.22915 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.12.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22915 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
