:Respondents/Respondents PRAYER : Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent Act praying this Court to set aside the order passed by this Court in W.P(M)No.3520 of 2013, dated 6.3.2013.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his Proceedings Oo.Mu.No.309/Aa.4/2013 dated 16.02.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of R. Madhavi as Secondary Grade Teacher with a condition to pass the TET Exam within a period of 5 years as per 1/3

rule 16 of the Tamil Nadu Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
